I remember dad's coffee concoctions. And the styrofoam cup he liked to drink them in,

                                   just one that he would reuse over and over, slightly stained.
                                   I'll think you (and pops) up tomorrow.

A Gift from Mom, 2013-15

I  ordered grey and purple striped boots online.  Yellow shoes arrived instead, just before Christmas, pointy with small heels, something Mom would wear.  I can't find them on the website anywhere.  They are 37 1/2, a size I have never seen either.  Thank you Mom for this unexpected gift.

VCCA Artist Residency, 2014

I just completed a week artist residency at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts from January 4-12, 2014.  

I was in studio VA 4 with the Dickerson combination press.  I worked on monotypes using Akua inks.
